After completing the character strengths survey, I have reflected on the key qualities that will contribute to my professional growth and development. According to the results, my top five character strengths are Honesty, Fairness, Spirituality, Judgment, and Humility. I believe that these strengths will enable me to excel as a leader and demonstrate the qualities necessary to become a successful Human Resources Partner or Supervisor. Specifically, my Honesty and Fairness attributes will enable me to effectively manage and lead, while my Spirituality, Judgement, and Humility will help me to remain grounded and empathetic, allowing me to better understand and support employees in their concerns.
