Through the completion of the reflection essays in the Interpersonal Connections in Work course, I will showcase two out of six essays that made me engage deeper in connections and communication. I have gained a broader perspective on the world while exploring knowledge areas I might not have otherwise encountered. This experience has provided valuable insight and a deeper understanding of various subjects. These essays, in my opinion, illustrated my improved capacity to consider problems from several angles and highlighted the benefits of the Interpersonal Connections in Work course. The course assisted me in becoming a more involved and sympathetic learner and communicator.
