The team-building project final paper that my team and I completed. Will show collaborative effort, we applied a problem-solving process to recommend a solution to a given challenge. This project also provided an opportunity for us to engage in teamwork by discussing and coming to a consensus on various aspects of the project. We successfully developed a plan through our collective input and ultimately made a decision that we are all proud of. As part of this project, we also had the chance to reflect on and appreciate the value of our team’s building process.
