Long term

My goal is to become an HR business partner. Working as an HR specialist allows me to see the other side of HR.  Finishing my degree and obtaining my SHRM-CP certification will bring me closer to my goal. 

Short term

As an HR specialist, I streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for employees. I also familiarize myself with organizational processes, policies, and strategies. The position allows me to utilize my skills to ensure employees’ attraction, retention, and motivation, ultimately contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
